More importantly though - if we know the dates of our activities for next year - including Den meetings, I need to know them so I can get them scheduled. Please let me know if you have them.

We MUST have the name and contact information for the person heading your group to enter your dates on the calendar. The yearly Parish Calendar meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in the Church Hall to develop the calendar from July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. Please have a decision-making representative of your group attend. This is the time to reserve dates and facilities for your organization's events. If you are unable to have a representative present at this meeting, it is your organization's responsibility to turn in any requests for dates and facilities to the rectory office by June 18, 2012.
You may submit your dates prior to the meeting so the calendar can be prepped to expedite the meeting process. This is helpful for groups that meet on a weekly/monthly basis. BE SURE TO submit the START DATE and END DATE, location, day of week and time.
If there are any conflicting date requests, activities will be scheduled according to these four priorities:
1) Sacramental (Church/Sacraments)
2) Educational (Adult/Children)
3) Parish-wide activities (Activities in which all can participate)
4) Organizational activities (includes general meetings, social gatherings, and fund-raisers)
