The Blue and Gold Dinner Committee has been hard at work planning this, and has developed a most excellent program and show.
The dinner and festivities will begin at 12:00 in the School gymnasium.
As we did last year, this will be a Potluck Dinner affair. Each family is asked to bring their favorite food(s) and to bring enough for their family plus two additional people. We will have extension cords and such set up for hot plates, slow cookers, and the like.
THE PACK WILL PROVIDE DRINKS FOR ALL, AS WELL AS ALL THE PAPER GOODS.
This even promises to be quite fun and exciting. Each Den has been asked to perform a skit or song. There will also be a special, surprise entertainment for the children. Many awards are also to be given out. The Pinewood Derby Kits for the 2012 competition will be distributed at this time.
Those that have sold World's Finest candy are asked to bring back either the money or the unsold candy at the Blue and Gold, or bring it to your den leaders before that. Checks should be made payable to "Cub Scout Pack 3904". It should be $50 per box if the entire box was sold.
We hope to see everyone at the Blue and Gold Dinner to help celebrate this important day in Cub Scouting History.
